The earlier the better! We recommend couples book a minimum of 6 months advance booking but since we take on a limited number of full service events per year we tend to book up about a year in advance. Full-service wedding dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis and require a signed contract and deposit payment to book.

We structure our payments into two parts: the first half of your total investment due as an initial deposit and the second half due one month in advance of your wedding date. However, we are more than willing to work with customers on a case by case basis depending on their payment needs.

Sample arrangements can be provided upon request and will be charged based on the arrangement cost.  However, due to the nature of flowers and their seasonality, we cannot guarantee sample arrangements as an exact representation of your wedding day blooms.

We offer a complementary 30-minute venue consultation for full-service clients that can be scheduled after initial deposit payment and contract agreement. Additional consultations and site visits are available depending on our availability and will be charged by an hourly rate plus a standard travel fee

We offer full access to our rental item catalog to all full service wedding clients. Our inventory includes of vases, urns, candle holders, and a few arch options. Inquire for more details!

Generally, we only use vases from our inventory so that we can ensure proper mechanics. Vessels supplied by the client will be considered on a case by case basis. We are happy to install flowers with larger items (such as arches and signs) that clients may have provided or have rented from a rental company. Clients can also provide their own candles. Duet will not be responsible for setup or teardown of any client provided items.

Delivery and setup are included in all full service wedding packages. Teardown is optional for all packages varies depending on size of wedding, floral choices, and estimated labor required.

There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to sorting through a budget for your wedding flowers. Our pricing depends on many factors including the complexity or size of the design, the specific blooms being used, number of arrangements, how big of a production team we will need for the day, etc. We like to remind clients they aren't just buying flowers but  a unique art form that takes time, talent, and care to create.  As a good rule of thumb, we suggest your floral budget account for 10-15% of your overall wedding budget. If, on the other hand, you are looking for Pinterest-worthy, abundant design, we would suggest allocating 20-25% of your total wedding budget. Most of our couples with a guest count of 150+ spend between $5,000-$10,000 on florals. It is important to remember that budget is more or less based on your preferences.
